Gastric Band Hypnosis -- Lose Weight Minus The Surgery

European Hypnotherapists unveil a revolutionary hypnotherapy technique called Gastric Band Hypnosis. ABC News reports that not only is this procedure proven to work, there's actually a 6-month waiting list for this in the U.S. and in Europe. Meet Mary Ann, a patient who can actually testify to the success  of her treatment.

Most people shy away from surgery. I know I am definitely not a fan of surgical procedures. But for some people, they are led to believe that they have no other option but to undergo gastric bypass surgery in order to lose weight. I once saw on TV one man who could barely walk around his house because he was 300 odd pounds overweight. I also saw one woman who could not get out of bed because she had the same problem. In both cases, doctors recommended surgery -- gastric bypass in particular. In a way, people who undergo surgery are given the chance to "tighten their belt" so to speak. However, the procedure is not only expensive but can be dangerous or fatal in some cases.

Obesity is an ugly fact of life but it is a reality for some people. In America, in particular, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that "Nearly 34 percent of adults are obese, more than double the percentage 30 years ago. The share of obese children tripled during that time, to 17 percent."

Who knew that one day we would get the chance to have gastric bypass surgery, not through an actual operation but through our mind. The human mind is extremely powerful. All of our decisions are based on how we think and how we perceive things to be. So what if we had an option to avoid the actual surgery altogether and have "Gastric Mind Band" through hypnosis instead?

Now we have more evidence that Hypnosis is very effective for weight loss. Mary Ann is living proof that Weight Loss Hypnotherapy can change a person's life, in more ways than one. Aside from removing bad eating habits and having a complete lifestyle change, now we have Gastric Band Hypnosis. Experience the results of gastric bypass surgery without going through the painful medical procedure -- all through the power of the human mind. Our subconscious is key to the success of hypnosis and with Mary Ann, the results were astounding! Her life has changed completely, her outlook is so much better and she's even dating now! She looks great! All I can say is, good for you, Mary Ann and I wish you all the best in your new life.

Secrets about Hypnotherapy Revealed

The word hypnosis is derived from the Greek word hypnos, this means, to rest. Hypnotherapists employ methods that bring about deep relaxation and reaching an altered state of consciousness otherwise known as going into a state of hypnosis. Typically, someone who is in a deep and fully centered condition becomes very tuned in to an image or thought, but this does not necessarily mean that this individual's free will and mind is being manipulated by the hypnotherapist. What’s more, a hypnotherapist can certainly coach men and women into reaching their particular unique state of awareness. Through this, someone can determine their particular subconscious tendencies and even bodily functions.

Since time immemorial, early peoples and shamans have gone into trances during their religious ceremonies and customs. Nonetheless, hypnosis as we have learned to recognize it these days was initially linked to the works of an Austrian medical professional, Franz Anton Mesmer. During the 1700s, Mesmer was convinced that conditions and diseases were the consequence of magnetic fluids within the human body that have gotten into an imbalance. Mesmer employed hypnotic strategies and magnets to treat men and women. Naturally during this time period the medical and scientific communities weren't won over. Mesmer’s work ended up being labeled as fraud, and the strategies he used were described unscientific.

Hypnotherapy started to be well-known in the mid-1900s because of Milton H. Erickson. He was a successful psychiatrist who utilised hypnosis for his practice. In 1958, American Psychological Association and the American Medical Association identified hypnotherapy as reputable medical procedure. In 1995, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommended that hypnotherapy is a legitimate therapy for afflictions such as long-term pain. Hypnotherapy is also useful in treating substance dependencies and stress and anxiety.

Any time something happens to a person, she or he remembers it and finds out a certain behaviour which reacts to what has taken place. Whenever a similar occurrence occurs, that individual's emotional and physiological responses related to the memory of the event are repeated. At times, these kinds of tendencies are thought bad. In a few forms of hypnosis, a hypnotherapist guides an individual to recollect the occurrence that triggered the original reaction. Then the hypnotherapist isolates the learned actions from the memory, and substitutes new and healthier acquired behaviours with the harmful ones.

Under Hypnotherapy, the body is in a tranquil condition and the ideas get more deeply centered. Comparable to other existing relaxation techniques and methods, hypnosis effectively brings down cardiovascular rates and blood pressures, and changes specific types of brain-wave activity.

When one is in a tranquil condition, he or she is physically at ease, but totally alert psychologically and thus, responds highly to suggestion. If a person wants to quit smoking for example, the hypnotherapist employs suggestions to persuade that individual that he or she will hate the taste and smell of any nicotine products very soon. Some individuals tend to be tuned in to hypnotic suggestion compared to other people. Children aged 9 to twelve are easier to hypnotize and may respond to a first or second appointment.

Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy Can Help Teenagers Too!

Have you ever wondered why so many teenagers start smoking so early in life? Do you have a son or daughter who is already lighting up, even though they are still in school? Would you like to help them stop smoking without alienating them or damaging your relationship with them? If you said "Yes!" to any of these questions, then this article may just be the answer you've been searching for.
A recent study from the University of Toronto and University of Montreal published in the Addictive Behaviours journal states that teenagers who start smoking cigarettes to alleviate stress, it may cause them more problems in the future.

Experts call this habit "self-medication" because adolescents start smoking cigarettes to feel better, especially during stressful situations like examinations or relationship problems.

The study's lead author, Michael Chaiton says, "There's a theory to suggest what's happening is that you do feel better after a cigarette, but that's because you're in a state of nicotine withdrawal (before you smoked it)."
"When there's something else that's stressful in your life, you're less able to cope with those feelings, so those mood swings become bigger, but are still helped by the cigarettes. Over time, what we see is that it's not actually helpful and that leads to more stress.

"We've known for a long time that higher nicotine dependence is associated with more depression."
He added that between one-third and half of the smokers who joined the test group claim that they smoked to deal with stress and pressure from their daily life. The study involved 662 students between grades 7 and 11 from different socio-economic group, both French and English students, 406 of them female.

Teenage smoking happens across the globe. In fact, one small boy in Asia started smoking before he turned 5 years old! Alarming, I know. But there is a silver lining. Knowing the reasons why kids (and even grown-ups) start smoking at an early age helps a lot when it comes to understanding how to solve this problem.
If you or your loved ones light up every now and then, perhaps it's time to try Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy. It's one of the best ways to kick that habit for good. It's also the most effective way to stop smoking without having to use nicotine patches or gums or dealing with awful side effects like withdrawal or weight gain.

Trying to quit smoking or helping a loved one go through it can be quite difficult, especially if you do it cold turkey. But with Hypnotherapy, you can go with your son or daughter and an expert hypnotherapist will help your teenager discover the real reason why he or she started smoking in the first place so he or she can overcome the habit for good. You can be supportive throughout the whole process while still giving them space.

Teenagers who smoke because of stress need help on more levels than one. This is a delicate situation and parents must tread carefully. The thing is, once their reason for smoking is addressed, you're saving your children from both the smoking habit and from the possibility of going through depression in the future. By eliminating the root cause, the person breaks free from the health risks that may come with it.

The best part about Hypnotherapy is that it's not just for smokers. Hypnotherapy can help people deal with all sorts of health conditions or problems such as phobias, anxiety, sleeping disorders and it's also proven to work wonders for people who want to lose weight and even helps children with their fears or health issues.

Burning weight and keeping off the extra kilos is much simpler than people think. But nevertheless, the truth is that the healthiest road to take in losing body fat is not precisely the swiftest way. The new, fashionable weight loss plans and drastic crash diet regime are hardly recommended, just ask your GP! These techniques are certainly precarious and do not assure that the body weight you lose stays off.

Have you thought that the entire wanting-to-lose-unwanted-weight game is actually a big, fat lie? Have you tried burning fat and the instant you relax a little, the pounds start piling back on? Every time this happens you feel much more unpleasant in comparison to the day you started to prepare to lose weight. In truth, when you look back on your own weight reduction background, you will find which at the end of the day; you have in reality put on more extra weight! Ugh! Now, does this seem familiar, or what?

Hypnotherapy Is Most Effective For Weight Loss

Would you like to know exactly what I realized? Weight loss Hypnosis is the best means to shed those extra pounds! Those who are quite happy with their weight really don't exert a lot of conscious work on dropping or maintaining weight. These people simply have a way of doing things. They have healthy habits. So if weight gain is bothering you, then maybe it is time to remove those bad habits. The reason that hypnotherapy is ideal for weight reduction is because it has the opportunity to help you in building and cultivating wholesome, good behaviour. Weight loss hypnosis is ideal for normal and simple weight reduction.

Hypnotherapy is ideal for losing weight because it will help a person develop a new, healthier and stronger self-image. The patient grows more calm and at ease with weight reduction. The patient grows optimistic with regards to diet and weight loss and genuinely begins to feel better following the initial treatment.

Most strategies provide three options to make sure that the individual loses weight and keeps it off!

Alternative 1 is perfect for the patient who has the unhealthy habit of eating too much. For example, a former athlete has gotten into dietary habits that were completely okay when they were very energetic and had rigorous exercise sessions. But when their circumstances started altering, such as finding a desk job, then these eating habits will be too much since they aren't able to burn off the calories from the food that they take in. If this scenario is the same as the one you are in, then Hypnotherapy for Weight loss is for you.

Alternative 2 is for the person who can be classified as an emotional eater. Many people eat based on their mindset or feeling. For example, eating frozen treats when upset, snacking on portions of chocolate bars when stressed, indulging on cake or other sweets when feeling sad.

Alternative 3 is perfect for the person with the long-term weight issue. This technique was made for patients whose approach to weight-loss should be on a long term basis. What Weight Loss Hypnosis is actually telling us is that the secret to removing extra weight is inside our minds, after all. Because of this fact, then we can be assured that weight loss could be achieved on a permanent basis, and quicker too!
